This is a production made letter that features the seal of the office of the President. Letter measures 11″ × 8½″.

Notes

With a gun to his head and under extreme duress President Gaius Baltar signed an executive order to terminate citizens guilty of sedition, including Laura Roslin. This is a back-up copy of the paperwork signed by Baltar while on Colonial One in Season Three’s episode “Precipice”.
