Description

Double-sided door made of hard plastic over a foam and wood core. Also includes a metal handle, screw lock, and the hinge with mounting plate. “Baltars Lair” was written on the hinge by production. Measures 99″ × 58″ × 20¼″ deep.

Notes

The rooms used by Gaius Baltar’s cult are referred to as “Baltar’s Lair.” His warren of acolytes--mostly female and nubile--live there and see him as an agent of the “one true God.” This general access door featured served as entry to Baltar’s lair in the Dry Stowage Compartment, as seen in numerous Season Four episodes.
