This costume was worn by the character "Haro" in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "Allegiance." Haro, an Algolian Starfleet cadet, is seemingly held captive with Picard and two others by an unknown foe. During their incarceration Picard concludes that Haro is the unseen captor. This costume was worn by Joycelyn O'Brien in her portrayal of "Haro."
