Description

Production-made sign consisting of a 2 piece melamine backing with brushed gold background and brown vinyl lettering. "Nemesis Delta" and "16 Engineering" on front and evidence of adhesive on back are present. Measures 2½" x 13½". Accompanied by 3 unused signs made of styrene with gold vinyl on face but no lettering. One is complete and measures 3" x 13½" while the small pieces are missing from the other twp and measure 11" x 2½".

Notes

Engineering door sign used during the production of the Star Trek: First Contact feature film. The lower set of signage was used on the doors to Engineering aboard the Enterprise-E during filming while the other four pieces were created as backups. These remained a permanent part of the set through Insurrection and Nemesis. From the collection of Doug Drexler.
