Description

Production-made model primered dark grey and made from acrylic, metal and styrene. Two horizontal triangular blades are joined at the center by a single pod and sit on an angled tower, both are heavily detailed. Acrylic base plate is damaged on one corner and measures 12" x 11" x 6".

Notes

Alternate Pod model for the Nebula class starship first seen in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "The Wounded". In this episode the Enterprise-D cooperates with the Cardassians to track down the Nebula-class USS Phoenix. This model was created along with the other pod which was ultimately used for production. Alternate Pod model for the Nebula-class starship first seen in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "The Wounded." In this episode the Enterprise-D cooperates with the Cardassians to track down the U.S.S. Phoenix. The Nebula-class ship was created by repositioning some of the features of the Galaxy-class ship with the addition of a large pod. This model was created at the same time as the pod which was ultimately used for production. Made from acrylic, metal and styrene and measures 12" x 11" x 6".From the collection of Doug Drexler.
