Production-made leather name plate with Velcro backing. Has a master parachutist badge, space command badge, “JACK O’NEILL”, “BRIG GEN”, and “USAF” engraved on it. Measures 4in × 2.125in.

Notes

Name plate worn by actor Richard Dean Anderson in numerous episodes of Stargate SG-1. Features Jack as the rank of Brigadier General, placing this tag in Season Eight of the series.
