Production used gray metal binder with metal hinges and two folding slots inside. Features metal paper clip and divider with numerous pages of medical data printed on paper with the Koop Medical logo. Binder measures 9in × 1in × 12.5in.

Standard issue binders used by the staff and instructors at Koop Memorial Hospital. Binders contain patient information in them, and are used by staff and instructors as they interact with their patients and other staff members. Production stated this item as being screen used.
