Description
Production used silver metal binder with flip down metal cover and metal paper clip. Features a one page document from the ISO Department Of Health And Welfare with a lab result stating that Maddux Donner (Ron Livingston) is not sterile. Binder measures 8.75in × 0.5in × 14.5in.
Notes
Sterility form and binder used by Claire Dereux (Maxim Roy) in the series pilot when Maddux Donner (Ron Livingston) undergoes a physical examination prior to leaving for the Antares. It is during this physical that he finds out he needs a new vasectomy, as the old one somehow reversed itself. Production stated this item as being screen used.
